Terrific opportunity to join a top Boston law firm as a Real Estate Paralegal! This is a key and integral position working alongside attorneys on all aspects of RE transactions. While the day-to-day will vary, responsibilities will include:
- Title & Survey
- Preparing closing binders and maintaining schedule of post-closing items
- Frequent interaction with clients and tracking of critical dates
- Ordering documents, searches, status certificates, tax waivers, municipal lien certificates and other public records
- Drafting closing agendas, acquisition and financing closing documents, corporate/LLC consents and certificates, closing statements, and handling all other pieces of the transaction
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, have proven experience in a legal setting working on commercial real estate transactions.
