Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled and driven attorney with deep experience in insurance litigation and coverage matters to serve as a key legal advisor on complex insurance disputes, claims, and related legal issues. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact matters while partnering closely with business stakeholders and external counsel.

This role will be a part of a small legal team and you'll get direct, hands on experience. The company offers an excellent culture and a strong work-life balance.

What You'll Do

* Serve as the lead legal advisor on insurance claims, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy
* Manage outside counsel relationships, including selection, budgeting, and performance oversight
* Draft high-stakes coverage position letters and provide guidance on policy language and endorsements
* Shape litigation strategy and settlement negotiations with a strong business-risk lens
* Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related agreements and litigation documents

What We're Looking For

* 4+ years of law firm experience with a strong focus on insurance defense litigation and coverage
* J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license
* Experience preparing coverage opinions for property & casualty policies
* Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills
