Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a Chambers Ranked, full-service law firm in their search for a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in one of its Midwestern offices.

Highlights:

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A and other general corporate and commercial matters

• Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents is required

• Successful candidates will bring excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision

• The practice advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions across a wide range of corporate transactions
