Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an AmLaw firm to find their next Business Immigration Staff Attorney! This attorney will support the PERM labor certification process and prepare non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, Blanket and individual L-1, TN, O-1 and EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW and PERM-based I-140.
This non-partnership track opportunity still allows for career advancement through management and leadership position. This role is hybrid (3 days in once trained) and has 1800 billables, making it ideal for attorneys wanting to continue sophisticated work while maintaining work-life balance.
