Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-regarded family law firm in St. Charles, IL on an exciting new opportunity for a Family Law Associate.
Position Highlights:
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, tight-knit team known for strong mentorship, low turnover, and a supportive work culture. The firm operates on a Monday-Friday on-site schedule, and offers a manageable 1800 billable hour target with a performance-based bonus structure.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of hands-on family law/domestic relations experience
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage cases independently
Strong communication skills and client interaction experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000-$150,000+ depending on experience
Bonus potential based on performance
