Are you a Credit Analyst or AR Specialist with strong customer service skills who can start right away?
We are looking for a Credit Analyst to step in and support a busy team during a critical system conversion. This is a long-term temporary role based 100% onsite in Puyallup, WA with business casual dress (jeans are fine) and standard Monday to Friday hours (7:30-4:30 or 8-5).
In this role, you'll help customers understand their invoices, process payments, and ensure accounts are accurate. This is not collections work, it's about problem solving, reconciling accounts, and providing great service when invoices or payments don't line up. You'll also work across multiple systems, reconcile daily deposits, handle adjustments, and support mass updates.
This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of emails and calls, so the right person will be able to work independently, stay organized, and ask smart questions. You'll join a hardworking credit team led by a supportive manager who values initiative.
We're looking for:
2+ years of AR or Credit experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail orientation and ability to problem solve
Comfortable working in multiple systems (SAP experience a plus)
