What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Running weekly payroll for 2,500+ employees across 30+ states
✔ Navigating union pay rules like a pro
✔ Spot-checking batches, solving problems, and making it look easy
✔ Supporting audits and reconciliation like a boss
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of in-house payroll experience
- Multi-state and union payroll? Even better
- Excel wizard (VLOOKUPs, pivots, formulas)
- Ready to be onsite in Georgetown for training, then hybrid 3x/week
