A top, Chambers' ranked firm in Chicago is seeking experience real estate attorneys to join their team at either the associate or counsel level. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in private practice working on commercial real estate transactions with a preference for a mix of acquisitions, dipositions, and leasings.
This is a great firm for someone looking for a flexible platform with resource to build a book of business (though not necessary in this role), be on a hybrid schedule, and have a clear path to partnership. Compensation DOE but ranges from $190-300k. Billable expectation 1800, with 1900 in firm hours annually.
