A well-established Midwest firm is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with strong leasing experience to join their Chicago office (but may consider other Midwest cities). Attorneys should have worked in an establish private practice firm, with preference for a highly regarded boutique or AmLaw firm, and be able to draft and negotiate leases independently.
This firm is on a flexible hybrid model and compensation expected to be between $240-350k depending on level of experience and billable hour target.
