Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to support a high-profile client in the utility and telecom infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, with a focus on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including:
- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreements
- Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Subcontracts (SubKs)
- Construction Agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal company policies.
- Maintain organized contract records and support contract lifecycle management initiatives.
- Proven experience in commercial contract negotiation and management, ideally within the infrastructure, utilities, or telecom industries.
- Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of EPC agreements and construction-related contracts
