Beacon Hill is partnering with a dynamic organization to hire a Corporate Paralegal for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to join a collaborative, fast-paced legal team supporting a broad range of corporate, contracts, and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

Manage contract intake, routing, workflow tracking, execution, and storage for a variety of agreements, including vendor agreements, NDAs, service contracts, sponsorships, marketing and talent agreements, production and venue agreements, and leases

Support contract renewals, key dates, and obligation tracking

Contract Resources & Reporting

Prepare and maintain contract summaries, templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and a centralized contract repository or CLM system

Assist with reporting and process improvements related to contract management

Corporate Governance

Assist with preparation of board and committee meeting materials, agendas, minutes, resolutions, written consents, and other organizational documents

Entity Management & Compliance

Maintain corporate records, including minute books, director/officer slates, entity charts, and internal databases

Manage entity formations, foreign qualifications, annual reports, DBAs, and state and local registrations

Coordinate with tax and finance teams on entity updates and structural changes

Filings, Regulatory & KYC Support

Prepare and coordinate KYC/AML documentation, officer attestations, secretary certificates, certificates of good standing, and certificates of insurance

Support licensing, permit, and registration compliance as needed

Subpoena & Litigation Support

Coordinate responses to third-party subpoenas and records requests

Assist with service of process, legal holds, custodian outreach, and document collection

Liaise with outside counsel and track deadlines and productions

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

Assist with RFPs, due diligence, and information requests

Collaborate with finance, tax, accounting, procurement, HR, IT, and operations

Support legal department projects, calendaring, e-billing, vendor onboarding, and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred (equivalent experience considered)

3-7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in an in-house legal department or law firm

Prior experience in live entertainment, sports, media, or hospitality is a plus

Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract administration, and compliance processes

Familiarity with records retention and discovery best practices

Skills & Abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with CLM/contract management systems, e-signature platforms, and e-billing or matter management tools

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team
