Beacon Hill is hiring for a Paralegal to support a legal team in a hybrid role based in Exton, PA. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with early contracts experience who is eager to contribute, stay organized, and support attorneys in meeting their goals. This is a hybrid position, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The focus is on identifying a motivated candidate who can step in quickly and provide reliable support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with contract review and related documentation

• Support attorneys with levies and other legal requests

• Review and process incoming legal requests and documents

• Log issues and track matters accurately

• Pull and organize information needed for attorney review

• Draft and prepare memos and summaries

• Provide general paralegal and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with contract review or related legal work

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and conversational skills

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to assist team members in achieving their goals
