This is an administrative-focused role with no negotiating, drafting, or redlining responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with various procurement software tools and e-signature platforms.

This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative side of legal and procurement operations, ensuring smooth contract execution and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative processing of vendor agreements in coordination with the procurement and legal teams.

• Facilitate e-signature workflows and ensure all agreements are properly executed and tracked.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor agreements.

• Work with procurement software tools to manage, store, and retrieve contract information efficiently.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding the status of vendor agreements.

• Support process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows.
