Beacon Hill is hiring for an Associate Attorney to join a Real Estate, Land Use, and Zoning practice in Doylestown, PA. This role is suited for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience who is interested in working on a broad range of sophisticated real estate and land use matters. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team-oriented group while serving a diverse client base.

This role provides meaningful responsibility, exposure to complex transactions and regulatory matters, and the chance to further develop legal expertise within a supportive practice environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters.

Advise clients on land use, zoning, and municipal regulatory issues.

Assist with due diligence, drafting, and review of transaction documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and other written work product.

Interact directly with clients, municipalities, and opposing counsel.

Manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant legal experience.

Must be able to work a hybrid schedule

Experience with real estate transactions and/or land use and zoning matters.

Background in corporate, banking, or finance is a plus but not required.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Licensure:
Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
