Beacon Hill's client, a highly competitive law firm in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal or Attorney to provide support to their Personal Injury Shareholder team. This is a temporary role with an urgent need, requiring full onsite presence Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have personal injury litigation experience-defense or plaintiff-and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and other litigation documents.

• Prepare, organize, and manage legal complaints and related case materials.

• Conduct e-filing in PA courts and ensure all filings are accurate and timely.

• Support case management for personal injury litigation matters.

• Provide direct assistance to Attorney Shareholders and collaborate closely with the litigation team.

Qualifications:

• Background as a sophisticated Litigation Paralegal or PA-licensed Litigation Attorney.

• Prior litigation experience in personal injury matters on the plaintiff or defense.

• Strong drafting, legal writing, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with PA e-filing systems preferred.

• Ability to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday.

• Highly motivated, able to step in quickly, and operate with minimal supervision.
