Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorneys with a strong background in tort litigation to join a proven litigation defense firm in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a full caseload and handling all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials
• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to client goals
• Manage discovery and motion practice effectively and efficiently
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at hearings
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide case updates, legal counsel, and strategic guidance
• Maintain responsibility for managing multiple active cases with a high level of organization and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (required)
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (required)
• Additional bar admissions in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with depositions and oral arguments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
