The Behavioral Health Liaison will provide school-based therapy services in Jefferson County, TN for high-school aged students. This individual will spend the majority of their time within the schools and with students, but may at times engage with the family as a whole or provide services in a community setting.
Requirements:
- Master's in Counseling or related discipline.
- Ability to build strong rapport with children, adolescents, and families quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual/family/couples/group counseling services utilizing evidence based practices.
- Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.
- Engage children, individuals, and families in therapeutic services.
- Appropriately assess and diagnose identified client, per insurance requirements.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).
- Maintain timely session and billing documentation.
Details:
- M-F Business hours, 40 hours a week
- Pay Rate: $23-$32/hour, dependent on licensure
