We're partnering with a well-established, locally respected company in Olympia looking for an AP pro to step in during a leave. While this starts as a temporary assignment, there is potential for long-term opportunity if it's the right match.

You'll work directly with the Controller and CFO in a collaborative, straight-shooting accounting team that values independence, accountability, and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process ~100 invoices per day across multiple entities
• Code and enter vendor bills into Sage Intacct
• Manage weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and the AP ledger
• Assist with cash postings (and possibly AR support)
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve vendor inquiries
• Support audit preparation
• Help improve and streamline processes as the team continues refining systems

They're newer to Sage Intacct, so someone adaptable and systems-savvy will thrive here.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1-2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Understanding of Washington sales tax
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
