Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an onsite, temporary to permanent opportunity with our client in Tucker, GA. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, from 8:30am - 5pm ET.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with legal research and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus. Essential duties include:

Managing litigation, including calendaring and following up on deadlines
Drafting complaints, discovery requests and responses, as well as managing document productions
Drafting correspondence and communicating with our clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts
Assembling exhibits for depositions and other required pleadings
Preparing required pleadings and other documents for court filing, including e-filing, and serving as required
Drafting required documents
Preparing evidence for attorney at trial
