A full-service Boutique Law Firm in Chicago is seeking a mid-senior level Corporate Associate to join their team. Qualified attorneys will have 3-7+ years of experience in private practice working on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance (or some combination thereof).
This firm is home to many former Big Law attorneys looking to maintain a sophisticated practice while getting a better work/life balance. Associates here average around 1750 billable hours annually and have a flexible in office policy. The firm hires with succession planning and making associates partner in mind. Compensation expected to be around $200-220k based on class year.
