A growing AmLaw firm is seeking a mid to senior level M&A Associate Attorney to join their Indianapolis office. Qualified attorneys will have 4+ years of experience in private practice working on M&A transactions, with strong preference for private equity buy-side experience. Qualified attorneys will have experience leading M&A due diligence teams and negotiating transactions - preference for candidates with experience purchasing RWI as part of the transaction.
This firm offers competitive compensation (based on experience level, but can range from $175-330k), has an 1850 billable, one-tier partnership, and has a bonus program that includes hours based and originations for the firm.
