A respected full-service Midwest law firm with a strong corporate transactional practice is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Grand Rapids office.

This established corporate practice group handles a wide range of work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth equity deals, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Associates here gain meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated transactions across multiple industries.

The group is looking for someone with hands-on M&A experience, strong drafting skills, and comfort working closely with business and in-house teams. Experience with due diligence, ancillary deal documents, and entity governance is important.
