Job Description

Responsibilities

* Produce client, consultant, and prospect RFPs and due diligence questionnaires across the firm's investment strategies.
* Partner closely with Global Consultant Relations, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Product teams to gather and validate investment content.
* Maintain and update firm and strategy-level marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
* Manage marketing data, analytics, and reporting shared with internal stakeholders and clients.
* Support a high-volume workflow while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
* Respond to ad hoc client, prospect, and consultant requests for information.

Must-Have Requirements


* 3-5+ years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, or client reporting within investment management, investment consulting, or financial services.
* Experience working in an investment-focused environment with complex financial and investment content.
* Hands-on experience with an RFP or content management system (Loopio preferred; Qvidian, Responsive, Seismic, RocketDocs acceptable).
* Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to distill dense investment language into clear, accurate responses.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders.
