A boutique law firm in Chicago is seeking a junior-midlevel Associate Attorney to join their team. Qualified candidates will hvae 2-4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, with some combination of acquisitions, dispositions, leasings, and new developments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in their practice, have direct client contact, work in a full service firm with a close-knit real estate team, and be the go to associate.
This firm has a billable target of 1750 and salary is expected to be between $145-170k depend on the candidate and level of experience. The firm is on a hybrid schedule, usually three days a week, out of their downtown Chicago office.
