Key Responsibilities:

Organize meetings for the Board of Directors for the subsidiaries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and legal representatives of the subsidiaries.
Monitor the annual calendar to manage and anticipate upcoming deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required filings.
Maintain the Subsidiary management dashboard to ensure it is current and accurate.
Manage the Subsidiary email inbox to efficiently handle incoming communications.
Oversee the organization and management of the Subsidiaries shared drive.
Act as the point of contact for inquiries related to subsidiary/entity management.
Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary information.
