Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is seeking a securities attorney for their Investment Funds Group.
- Title: Corporate Securities Contract Attorney
- Location: Remote (candidates must reside in California, Arizona, or Washington State)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 5+ months
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Hourly pay: $100-$125/hour, depending on experience
- Equipment: Provided by the firm
Qualifications:
- Active bar license and good standing in the jurisdiction of residence (California, Arizona, or Washington State)
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings
- Strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and business judgment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
- Represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate.
