Beacon Hill's client, a prominent plaintiff-side law firm with a national practice, is seeking a temporary Discovery Support Attorney. Candidates should have experience beyond standard document review, including tasks like deposition preparation, drafting discovery responses, reviewing productions, and collaborating with litigation teams. This position is expected to last 3-6+ months, with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
Details:
- Location: Remote. Candidates should be licensed and located in the U.S.
(Preference for those based in AZ, CA, NM, OR, NV, UT, ID, or WA, but not required) - Expected Duration: 3-6+ months
- Potential Temp-to-Hire
- Pay Range: $50-$75/hour, depending on experience
Experience / Qualifications:
- Attorney with strong discovery support experience
(e.g. drafting discovery responses, reviewing productions, depo prep, coordinating with case teams) - Experience in consumer fraud, insurance, and/or privacy is a plus, but not required
- Active attorney license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Plaintiff-side experience or complex litigation background is a plus
