Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with hands-on experience in easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence to support their team.
- Location: Remote (Preference for Seattle-based candidates)
- Must reside and be actively licensed in a state where the firm has an office: California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension
- Concurrent Work: Candidates cannot perform any concurrent legal work
- Hours: Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week; may increase depending on skill set)
- Pay: $80-$95/hour, depending on experience
Required Experience:
- Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence: CA, DC, DE, FL, IL, KS, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA
- 4+ years of dedicated real estate experience
- Experience with easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence
- Ability to work independently
- Strong writing skills
