ProLinkHFA Systems Analyst
Position Details
- This Systems Analyst that will be fully allocated to WHEDA's ProLink System Implementation efforts
- This position reports to the Application Development and Support (ADS) Team Manager
- This position will work under a Project Manager alongside a Business Analyst, other Systems Analysts, and our internal Business Unit customers
- This position will be fully allocated to project-based efforts; we do not expect any need for support on helpdesk tickets
Essential Job Functions
- Provides project support as a system subject-matter-expert. Ensures follow-up on tasks assigned by the project manager and collaborates with the project team to drive project execution. Supports requirements gathering, leads systems and process analysis, and recommends system and process solutions to stakeholders. Leads implementation of system solutions, including testing, training, and documentation.
- Completes other technical tasks assigned to drive system implementation and adoption.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with ProLinkHFA preferred, but not required
- Experience within the Housing or Lending industries preferred, but not required
- Experience with large system implementation and adoption projects
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through
- Demonstrated capability to ramp up quickly and contribute effectively
- Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Planning and collaboration
- Data analysis (SQL preferred but not required)
- Change Management and Risk Management
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Testing and QA
- Process Modeling
