One of my top clients is looking for someone like you! This stellar healthcare client with great values and work culture is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with Coupa or other procurement suite / similar ERP experience. This six month contract can extend or convert to an FTE down the road. Stellar written and verbal communication skills are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional procurement programs and initiatives that support the full source-to-pay lifecycle and other enterprise-wide processes.
- Analyze existing procurement business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain business systems and platform configurations to meet evolving business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in transformational strategies, change management, and enablement best practices.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs, training materials, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system design solutions.
- Lead training curriculum design and deployment using learning management systems
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs, ESG metrics, and advanced analytics to measure initiative success.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and processes.
- Act as a project manager or support project leadership to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and timelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion across the organization.
- Assist in removing barriers and blockers teams encounter in executing the work.
- Support the development of high-quality, effective presentations that tie strategies together into a cohesive story.
- Generate outcomes that provide value, demonstrate connection between execution and tangible results
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enablement roles.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with contract management, contingent labor, and supplier management systems.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics and dashboard creation.
- 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or programs.
- 1+ years of experience in training design and deployment.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, HHS, FDIC).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Coupa Procurement Suite or similar eProcurement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to document and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- CPSM or other professional procurement certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
- Coupa certifications and business process modeling experience.
