Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Florida licensed Civil Litigation Attorney for a hybrid, long-term temporary position with our client in Miami/Doral. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, during standard business hours. Candidates may expect to work onsite 2-3 days per week, and remotely 2-3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, along with a Florida licensure. Experience handling insurance defense work is highly preferred but not required. Essential duties include creating and maintaining documented strategy for case handling, creating synopsis of intangible factors (i.e. the judge, plaintiff attorney, aggravating factors, etc.), preparing and submitting status reports to claim handlers, documenting and organizing files, and other duties as assigned.
