Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant for a temporary (4-6 months), full onsite opportunity with our client in Miami, FL. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience as a Legal Assistant. Experience with entity formation, annual reports and related corporate documents, as well as filings on Florida Sunbiz is a plus. Essential duties include supporting 2-3 Associate Attorneys, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents for filing in State and Federal courts. Additional responsibilities include typing, proofreading, formatting, and editing correspondence, memoranda, agreements and other legal documents under time-sensitive deadlines.
