Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a growing Data & Analytics team as they drive a company-wide shift toward data-driven decision making. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data modeling, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, improve data processes, and help shape the future of BI across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2-5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis, cleaning, visualization, or mining
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, DAX, and tools like Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Ability to build predictive models and create compelling data visualizations
Skilled at translating complex data findings into clear business insights
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple data requests
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML, NLP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and big data tools like Spark or Databricks
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey data stories to non-technical audiences
