Job Title: OnBase Administrator/Developer III
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Through 6/30/2026, with potential extension
Overview:
Seeking an experienced OnBase Administrator/Developer III to support and enhance enterprise Electronic Content Management (ECM) solutions. This role involves advanced OnBase administration, workflow development, and technical leadership for complex ECM projects hosted in Hyland's Cloud environment.
Top Skills & Experience:
OnBase Certified System Administrator (required, 4+ years)
OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or Workflow Engineer (4+ years)
OnBase WorkView and OnBase API Certification (3+ years)
Experience developing document types, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions (4+ years)
Experience with Dashboard and Unity Forms development (3+ years)
Strong background in C#, VB, and SQL Server is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and implement ECM solutions using OnBase.
Provide OnBase system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Lead technical design, upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align ECM projects with organizational goals.
