Join a dynamic technology team as a Lead Database Administrator, responsible for driving database architecture, optimization, and automation initiatives. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance NoSQL database solutions while collaborating with development teams to ensure reliability and efficiency across critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize complex database structures and ETL solutions.
Lead the architecture, performance tuning, and roadmap of database platforms.
Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to DBA team members.
Ensure database systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Strong background in database design, performance optimization, and administration.
Thorough experience with DataStax/Cassandra
