We are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics RN to support a Rauland implementation and drive successful adoption of clinical information systems across a multi-disciplinary care environment. This role plays a key part in workflow optimization, stakeholder engagement, and system sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, training, implementation, and evaluation of clinical information systems
Drive change management and interdisciplinary adoption of new clinical workflows
Serve as liaison between IT, clinical operations, and key stakeholders
Translate operational needs into system design and workflow improvements
Support test environment build, validation, and iterative refinement
Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice standards
Define and report metrics tied to system performance and benefits realization
Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to internal teams for long-term sustainability
Required Qualifications
Prior Rauland implementation experience (required)
Active Wisconsin RN license or multi-state RN (NLC) license
Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
2+ years of nursing clinical experience or 2+ years of clinical informatics experience
Experience leading change management and stakeholder adoption initiatives
Strong clinical workflow design and cross-functional collaboration experience
Experience managing clinical system implementation and optimization
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in multi-facility or academic medical center environments
3+ years of Nursing Informatics experience
