Details:
- Duration: Through November, with potential to extend into 2026
- Start: Monday, 4/14
- Location: Queen Anne, full time in office (there's an attached parking garage)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5
- In Office: 100% in office
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Pay: $26-$31/hr.
Job Focus:
- Handling complex billing and AR invoicing (10-30/day)
- Collections (10+ "code red" accounts + others 90+ days past due)
- Cash posting, customer follow-ups, and light AR reconciliations
- Systems: MS 365
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years AR/Collections experience
- Startup mentality - flexible, hands-on, solution-oriented
- Strong communicator who can confidently sell their skills
- Bonus: Experience with MS 365, Degree preferred but not required
