Job Summary
Our client is seeking an IT Analyst to support the integration and communication between various systems, applications, and platforms. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations through system analysis, testing, deployment coordination, and version control.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Partner with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to understand business, financial, and operational needs and help resolve system-related issues.
- Coordinate projects and strategies across business units and technical teams.
- Evaluate the performance of existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Define the scope and success criteria for system-related initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout and support of Infor applications and related tools.
- Provide training and support to end users and mentor junior team members.
- Create documentation such as process flows, system diagrams, and user guides.
- Deliver reports and recommendations to address system inefficiencies or risks.
- Manage system changes, version control, and configuration repositories.
- Oversee the deployment of updates to ensure smooth transitions across environments.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Infor M3, MEC, and ION is preferred.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts; Java experience is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant specialties are a bonus.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of systems or technology solutions.
- Ability to organize data, document procedures, and create user training materials.
- Strong understanding of database operations, data retrieval methods, and business applications.
- Familiarity with all phases of the software/system lifecycle.
- Experience with application and system integration.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Must be able to work onsite at the client's corporate office in Green Bay, WI.
