Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
*100% remote*
OVERVIEW:
The Dietitian will assess the nutritional needs, dietary restrictions and current health plans for the facility's residents to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Must have worked with TPN patients!!!
* Responsible for intake of new patients
* Patients being discharge from hospital
* Could be a referral from a doctors office as well
* Responsible for reviewing documentation and labs for proper setup to formulate TPN.
* Reviewing labs once they are complete to see if there are any changes that need to be made to the patients order.
* Work with the clinical team to provide suggestions around-plan of care changes/ formulas.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have worked with TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
* Registered Dietitian with a license/certification in the current state of practice, as appropriate.
* Two years of experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition as a nutrition support professional.
