The Case Manager provides intensive case management, assessment, counseling, advocacy, stabilization planning for families experiencing homelessness within an adult family shelter program.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related human service field preferred
- Knowledge of housing subsidies and homeless and housing issues
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr+
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Case Manager also participates in On-Call schedule for one weekend per month and one day per week
