-We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our Home Nutrition Support Program with a focus on Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) patients. This role involves nutrition assessments, care plan development, lab monitoring, and patient education while collaborating with physicians, pharmacy, nursing, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide clinical support for parenteral nutrition (PN) patients, ensuring safe and effective therapy.
-Evaluate lab results and recommend formula adjustments.
-Work with the clinical team to optimize plans of care.
-Educate patients and caregivers on TPN and enteral nutrition.
-Support patient intake, discharge planning, and referral coordination.
-Partner with sales teams to enhance program reach.
Requirements
-Must live in Pacific Standard Time Zone
-Registered Dietitian (RD) license/certification in the state of practice.
-2+ years of experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition.
-Must have experience with TPN patients (candidates without TPN experience will not be considered).
-Board Certification in Nutrition Support (CNSC) or intent to obtain within 1 year.
-Current CPR certification (if patient-facing).
Details:
-Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
-$35-$50/hour (dependent on experience)
