We are seeking Pharmacy Technicians to provide exceptional patient care in a phone-based, closed-door pharmacy setting. This role involves speaking with patients, doctors, and facilities while managing prescription processing and pharmacy software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
- Process prescription data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle authorizations, clarifications, transfers, and claim adjudications.
- Support patient onboarding and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to resolve patient care issues.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma/GED.
- Ohio Pharmacy Technician License
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
Details
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $16-$19/hour
