Are you a licensed clinician with a passion for leadership and a heart for serving individuals in recovery? Join a mission-driven residential treatment program where you'll guide a dedicated team, shape high-quality care, and make a real impact every day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
On-call: Every 5th weekend (phone consultation only; stipend provided)

Job Description:

Supervise and support clinical staff through individual and group supervision
Oversee client assignments, review admissions, and ensure treatment quality
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and funding documentation standards
Provide training and onboarding for new clinical team members
Carry a small caseload and lead therapy groups as needed
Monitor and review electronic health records for accuracy and completeness
Participate in program development and in-service training initiatives
