Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor
Full-Time | Wisconsin | $65,000-$75,000/year
Make a real difference in the lives of people recovering from addiction. Our faith-based residential program seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our dedicated clinical team. You'll oversee staff, ensure compliance, and provide direct client care when needed.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff.
- Assign cases, review documentation, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Provide therapy and lead groups as needed.
- Support a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license (required).
- Wisconsin SAC or CSAC certification (required).
- 2+ years' clinical supervision experience (residential/homeless population preferred).
Monday-Friday | On-call every 5th weekend (stipend)
