Clinical Supervisor - Women's Residential Program

We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team, providing critical leadership and clinical oversight for a women's residential program. This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality of care for the populations we serve.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise master's-level therapists, individually and in groups.

• Conduct daily clinical chart reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

• Coordinate and lead clinical and administrative staff trainings.

• Maintain a small client caseload and participate in program on-call rotation.

• Serve on the multidisciplinary review team to conduct utilization reviews.

What You'll Bring:

• An advanced degree in mental health, social work, or a related field.

• A current LMHC or LICSW license in Massachusetts is preferred, but candidates within six months of licensure are encouraged to apply.

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience as a therapist.

• Knowledge of substance abuse modalities, co-occurring disorders, and program management.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p EST
