Schedules Available

• Monday - Friday (Full-time): 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

• Saturday/Sunday (Part-time): 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

• Saturday/Sunday (Part-time): 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Qualifications

• HS Diploma

• Experience in direct care, social services, or shelter settings preferred

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work independently while remaining alert during overnight hours

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new guests; conduct screenings and intakes

• Monitor and maintain a safe, respectful shelter environment

• Provide support to guests and conduct regular check-ins

• Enforce rules and respond to incidents or emergencies

• Keep clear and accurate shift records

• Oversee chores and maintain order in common areas

• Manage guest medication storage and safety procedures

• Facilitate meetings and participate in team trainings

• Perform cleaning, supply restocking, and light maintenance

• Answer phones and monitor entry/exit to the building
