Bilingual Housing Specialist - Support Families in Boston!
Are you passionate about helping families find stable housing? Join our team in East Boston!
We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Housing Specialist to guide parents and children from shelter to their own homes.
What you'll do:
Conduct assessments & intensive housing searches.
Provide referrals, advocacy, and stabilization support.
Build relationships with landlords and utility companies.
Mediate disputes to ensure housing stability.
What we're looking for:
- Bilingual (Spanish / English speaking skillsets)
Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) in Human Services or related field OR High School Diploma
3+ year's experience with housing subsidies and homeless issues.
Valid MA Driver's License.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Onsite in East Boston).
