What You'll Do

• Review patient medical histories to understand needs and treatment considerations

• Diagnose movement‑related conditions through observation, assessment, and patient communication

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes

• Utilize therapeutic exercise, stretching, equipment‑based interventions, and hands‑on manual therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury

• Track patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust plans of care as needed

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of New York

• Commitment to patient‑centered, evidence‑based practice

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
