Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance for pharmacy operations
Oversee dispensing activities and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Support policy development and quality initiatives
Manage inventory, purchasing, and routine oversight processes
Monitor staffing needs and assist with training and development
Participate in reporting, documentation, and on‑call responsibilities
Perform additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications

B.S. or PharmD degree (or equivalent licensure for foreign graduates)
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Mississippi
Several years of recent clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of infusion therapies a plus
Inventory management experience strongly preferred
Comfort with pharmacokinetic calculations preferred
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems helpful
