What You'll Do

• Perform routine and specialized urinalysis testing, including automated instrumentation and manual microscopic review
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers while following established protocols
• Accurately document results, support research‑driven workflows, and ensure strict adherence to testing standards
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures, maintain specimen integrity, and collaborate with team members to meet study and workflow timelines

Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory science
• Certification (MLT‑ASCP) preferred; equivalent laboratory experience considered
• Prior experience in a clinical, research, or microbiology laboratory strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow standardized procedures
